Specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), he has excelled as the owner of two successful businesses. In 2013, he became the owner of Fort Worth Heat & Air Inc., a contracting company handling commercial heat and air projects, including new builds, installations, repairs and routine service. Additionally, in 2015, he took on ownership of Trebor Contract Services, a facilities maintenance company. As a business owner, Mr. George oversees his employees, service trucks and in-house dispatchers. Furthermore, he ensures smooth communication, manages company meetings and sales, and helps on project sites when his team requires additional support. After finishing high school, Mr. George began his career working for Tomtom Grocery Store and attended trade school for HVAC. He ultimately became a licensed contractor and earned an HVAC-A license, after which point he sought new opportunities to expand his expertise in the field as a service technician. Mr. George takes pride in his work and emphasizes how integrity and a strong drive to do the right thing are key to the trades. Likewise, he places special emphasis on the value of financial literacy and character building. As a part of his commitment to mentoring young professionals in the building trades and cultivating excellence in future generations, Mr. George remains active in trade school and vocational training recruitment efforts for high school students. To commemorate his achievements as a leader in his local trade community, Mr. George has been featured in various media outlets, including Westside Living Magazine. He also received a cover feature for the Dallas-Fort Worth area edition of Construction News.
