Since 2023, she has served as the owner of Taylormade Consultants LLC, where she specializes in helping entrepreneurs and small business owners launch and maintain their companies, with an emphasis on thriving during the initial two years of operation and managing sustainable upscaling. She takes pride in offering her clients bespoke services and participating in their journeys, including offering support with grant writing, funding, and other complex expansion aspects. Ms. Taylor-Saulsberry’s earliest experiences included working for commercial bankers and brokerages. During this time, she handled administrative functions, including data entry, audits and accounts receivable. She continued in the banking sector as a personal banker, loan officer and account manager, developing a reputation for excellence in large business accounts and real estate. She then co-founded Taylor Southwest Services, a mortgage brokerage, with her brother, alongside her efforts as a corporate trainer for Progressive Insurance. Throughout her career, Ms. Taylor-Saulsberry has completed training and certifications to further expand her expertise. Today, she holds certificates in business leadership training and event planning and is licensed as a property and casualty agent. Before beginning her vocational journey, she studied at Austin Community College, the Austin Institute for Bankers and Rockhurst University between 1984 and 1990. Outside her work in finance and business, Ms. Taylor-Saulsberry has found success in the entertainment and media spheres as an actor, model, director and producer of shortform and serialized content. She is the host of a podcast, “Health and Wealth for Better Self,” and is currently developing a show for Roku TV. Ms. Taylor-Saulsberry has also been featured in various outlets, including The Women’s Journal, CEO Weekly, the US Business News, and the Going Down on the Mic podcast.
