Ms. White began her professional journey as a student at the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where she ultimately achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1992. Following her collegiate studies, Ms. White quickly developed a reputation for leadership excellence as an early-career professional. In 2001, she became a sales manager at Custom Quality Products. She subsequently departed the company in 2011 and entered her roles at National Access Design, where she continues to oversee daily operations, financial functions and long-range planning. Ms. White has developed National Access Design into a full-time team of 23 employees and has helped the company establish a presence at various national trade shows. In the coming years, she hopes to continue supporting the growth of the business. To wit, she envisions more than $13 million in annual sales and an expansion into new markets. Ms. White also serves on the advisory board of the Enterprising Women Foundation and has secured Women’s Business Enterprise National Council certification for National Access Design, designating it as a woman-owned company. As a female executive and entrepreneur, she is acutely aware of the challenges and biases she has faced throughout her career. Since 2023, she has served as the owner of Taylormade Consultants LLC, where she specializes in helping entrepreneurs and small business owners launch and maintain their companies, with an emphasis on thriving during the initial two years of operation and managing sustainable upscaling. She takes pride in offering her clients bespoke services and participating in their journeys, including offering support with grant writing, funding, and other complex expansion aspects. Ms. Taylor-Saulsberry’s earliest experiences included working for commercial bankers and brokerages. During this time, she handled administrative functions, including data entry, audits and accounts receivable. She continued in the banking sector as a personal banker, loan officer and account manager, developing a reputation for excellence in large business accounts and real estate. She then co-founded Taylor Southwest Services, a mortgage brokerage, with her brother, alongside her efforts as a corporate trainer for Progressive Insurance. Throughout her career, Ms. Taylor-Saulsberry has completed training and certifications to further expand her expertise. Today, she holds certificates in business leadership training and event planning and is licensed as a property and casualty agent. Before beginning her vocational journey, she studied at Austin Community College, the Austin Institute for Bankers and Rockhurst University between 1984 and 1990. Outside her work in finance and business, Ms. Taylor-Saulsberry has found success in the entertainment and media spheres as an actor, model, director and producer of shortform and serialized content. She is the host of a podcast, “Health and Wealth for Better Self,” and is currently developing a show for Roku TV. Ms. Taylor-Saulsberry has also been featured in various outlets, including The Women’s Journal, CEO Weekly, the US Business News, and the Going Down on the Mic podcast.
