BAYLOR After graduating from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business and economics, Christopher J. Baylor joined Farm Credit of the Virginias. He has become a level three credit analyst. In this position, he assesses the risk of varying loan sizes, delegates authority up to $500,000, and assists clients in avoiding foreclosure. Mr. Baylor became actively involved in the agricultural industry through his involvement with Alpha Gamma Rho during his collegiate years. While in school, he immersed himself in COINS, the only student-run commodity trading organization in the country, gaining valuable insights into the vital role that agriculture and its producers play in feeding the world. This experience solidified his passion for the industry, leading him to dedicate his career to agriculture. Moving forward, Mr. Baylor strives to become a principal credit analyst and intends to transition into a management role in the coming years. He credits his achievements to a robust work ethic, resilience in the face of challenges, and the invaluable guidance he has received from mentors throughout his journey. Ryan C. Feldmann celebrates more than 25 years of expertise in software engineering and project management. With a strong professional reputation for his ability to lead teams through complex projects, he became the deputy director of CS Group in 2025. The firm specializes in the development of crucial embedded software for aviation industry applications. In his leadership role, Mr. Feldmann oversees business development and execution for the United States market. Previously, Mr. Feldmann operated as a senior program manager at Belcan from 2021 to 2024. He also held various leadership and engineering roles at AVISTA Inc. between 1998 and 2021. During his time with Belcan, he was presented with the company’s RGA Award, recognizing his guidance and efforts supporting diversity and inclusion. Mr. Feldmann is also proud to remain active as a civic-minded citizen, as he actively participates in charity and volunteer work. In the coming years, he looks forward to continuing his work with CS Group. To wit, he is focused on the company’s expansion and underscores the importance of career development, professional mentorship, and supporting others in finding long-term success. RYAN C. FELDMANN BUSINESS, FINANCE AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP PRESIDENT Manifest Consulting Inc. Elmont, NY With nearly four decades of experience, Daniel Ryland Bartoes built a substantial career in business and technology consulting. He is a retired business and data architect and data steward, whose career focused on data analysis, business accuracy and data base design. He retired from Cigna Healthcare in 2015 after finding over 30 years of success working with several major companies, including Pratt & Whitney, Aetna Inc., Northeast Utilities and The Nielsen Company LLC. After developing his technical skills in early roles as a programmer and analyst, Mr. Bartoes moved into data modeling and stewardship as a business consultant through the 2000s. Up until his retirement, he notably led teams as an information architect in the health care and utilities sectors. Mr. Bartoes holds an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and credits his long-term success to his work ethic and integrity in his business goals and practices. A longtime Eagle Scout and leader, he is known for his teaching skills, which he considers key to the development and delivery of training courses. Looking toward the future, Mr. Bartoes anticipates traveling internationally and spending more time with his wife and grandchildren. Adenike A. Bamgboye boasts over two decades of collective experience. Since 2022, she has served as the president of Manifest Consulting Inc. She began her career in 1999, focusing on quality assurance for Industrial Projects International. In 2008, she shifted to public health work, serving as a public health inspector with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Ms. Bamgboye later worked with the NYC Environmental Protection and the NYC Department of Finance. With the Department of Finance, she led the implementation of the Minority and WomenOwned Business Enterprise (MWBE) utilization program. Under her leadership, the agency achieved the New York City Small Business Services MWBE Award for two consecutive fiscal years. In addition to her diverse career experience, Ms. Bamgboye holds a BS in science and technology, a BS in environmental science from Medgar Evers College, and an MPA in policy analysis and evaluation from Baruch College’s School of Public and International Affairs. In light of her fulfilling career, she attributes her success to her resilience and her education.
