Dr. Lopez previously worked with Booz Allen Hamilton in several key roles from 2009 to 2022, during which time he received numerous accolades for his accomplishments. Well-studied in his area of expertise, Dr. Lopez holds a BA in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, an MBA from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business, an MA in industrial-organizational psychology from New York University and a PhD in industrialorganizational psychology from Hofstra University. Additionally, he holds several pertinent certifications in business management. Dr. Lopez also remains active in various civic-minded endeavors, including serving on the human resources standing committee of the New York Athletic Club. He attributes much of his success to his resilience and determination, and he hopes to become a senior partner at Korn Ferry in the coming years. Jennifer M. Mathiason boasts over 25 years of experience as a financial services professional. She currently operates as an assistant vice president and wealth management client associate at HB&H Wealth Management Group. In her current position, she oversees investment and financial management and aids her team in maintaining client relationships. Ms. Mathiason began her career as a bank teller after seeing several friends succeed in the industry. She credits her professional longevity in part to her communications skills and is proud to have maintained a 70% client retention rate during a challenging period of staff transition for the group. Furthermore, she is proud of her progression through the field, gaining an in-depth understanding in a variety of roles. Previously, Ms. Mathiason was a vice president at Banner Bank and an assistant vice president at Bank of America. As part of her vocational journey, she is currently pursuing a FINRA Series 66 license. Looking ahead, she hopes to become a certified financial planner and continue finding success in higher-level management and client relations roles. JENNIFER M. Headley, CPA, is an accountant with more than 25 years of expertise in business taxation, tax strategy and compliance. Since 2022, she has served as the chief executive officer of Headley’s Tax Consulting & Accounting, building on prior experience with leading global firms, including Deloitte Tax LLP, PwC and Scotiabank. In her leadership role, Ms. Headley primarily focuses on international taxation. Born in Jamaica, Ms. Headley is proud to have established the island’s first standalone tax consulting firm and to have become one of the few international tax specialists in the region. Since the onset of her career, she has practiced in several jurisdictions and has become a recognized subject matter expert in United States tax law. Adjacent to her primary pursuits, Ms. Headley has taught accounting professionals around the world. To this end, she founded the TaxTech Institute in 2014, lectured at the University of the West Indies on International taxation, and continues to serve today as a course developer and presenter. Outside of her accounting work, Ms. Headley recently published her first book, “Poetry: The Story of My Life: A Jamaican Experience,” in 2024. Specializing in transformational change management, Kimberly K. Goodwin has cultivated a fulfilling career for over three decades. In recent years, she has served as the founder, transformational change leader, and executive and team coach of Goodwin Solutions LLC. She offers organizational effectiveness expertise and various coaching services grounded in applied neuroscience and business acumen. Before establishing her own consulting firm, Ms. Goodwin held various leadership positions with Diageo, Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH, and McKinsey & Company. She has also published and spoken extensively on change management, emphasizing the need to remain open-minded and flexible with a focus on innovation. Her most recent work, “Leading change with courage: Navigating the layers of change management,” was published in 2024. In recognition of her accomplishments, Ms. Goodwin has received numerous honors throughout her career. She notably achieved a 2023 Anchor Award from the University of Hartford, where she previously earned an MS in organizational behavior in 2000. While she celebrates the growth of her firm, she looks forward to expanding her targeted advisory services across more industries.
