Since 2022, he has served as a partner and the chief executive officer of Korn Ferry, charged with leading innovative and critical global management consulting engagements. Likewise, he collaborates with some of the most prominent business leaders in the United States. Dr. Lopez previously worked with Booz Allen Hamilton in several key roles from 2009 to 2022, during which time he received numerous accolades for his accomplishments. Well-studied in his area of expertise, Dr. Lopez holds a BA in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, an MBA from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business, an MA in industrial-organizational psychology from New York University and a PhD in industrialorganizational psychology from Hofstra University. Additionally, he holds several pertinent certifications in business management. Dr. Lopez also remains active in various civic-minded endeavors, including serving on the human resources standing committee of the New York Athletic Club. He attributes much of his success to his resilience and determination, and he hopes to become a senior partner at Korn Ferry in the coming years. Jennifer M. Mathiason boasts over 25 years of experience as a financial services professional. She currently operates as an assistant vice president and wealth management client associate at HB&H Wealth Management Group. In her current position, she oversees investment and financial management and aids her team in maintaining client relationships. Ms. Mathiason began her career as a bank teller after seeing several friends succeed in the industry. She credits her professional longevity in part to her communications skills and is proud to have maintained a 70% client retention rate during a challenging period of staff transition for the group. Furthermore, she is proud of her progression through the field, gaining an in-depth understanding in a variety of roles. Previously, Ms. Mathiason was a vice president at Banner Bank and an assistant vice president at Bank of America. As part of her vocational journey, she is currently pursuing a FINRA Series 66 license.
