88 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HOSPITALITY AND LEISURE Nikki Nielsen has cultivated over a decade of leadership experience in leisure sports business management. Since 2022, she has served as the director of business process development for Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG). She originally joined PXG as a customer service manager in 2015 and was later named the director of operations in 2017. In 2020, she became the company’s director of global supply chain, a role in which she overhauled company processes, modernized its supply chain procedures, and implemented transparency measures, such as factory certification and digital tracking. In her current role as PXG’s director of business process development, Ms. Nielsen has primarily supervised the rollout of the company’s new e-commerce platform and the development of a new loyalty program. Additionally, she focuses on streamlining and redeveloping underperforming departments. Adjacent to her primary professional endeavors, she remains active as a civic-minded citizen, regularly supporting PGA Hope, as part of The PGA of America. Driven by her lifelong passion for the sport of golf, Ms. Nielsen began her career in 2012 as an assistant golf professional at Starfire Golf Club. She subsequently continued coaching at the Ancala Country Club until 2015. Hoping to take on a larger role in the manufacturing and distribution aspects of the industry, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration at Grand Canyon University prior to joining PXG. Alongside her business contributions to the golf industry, Ms. Nielsen is dedicated to promoting the future of the sport by encouraging women and younger players. Recognizing the high cost of equipment and facilities, she is currently working with her husband to build a program addressing these barriers to access. In the coming years, Ms. Nielsen hopes to further her education through an executive development program. In her personal time, she enjoys crocheting amigurumi and annually donates large amounts of finished items to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
