Isaac has excelled in the field of law, providing expert legal consulting services in the financial industry. Since 2022, he has served as the chairman of the Secura/ Isaac Group (formerly The Secura Group), which he founded in 1986. In his leadership position, he primarily specializes in assisting clients with risk management and regulatory compliance. At the onset of his vocational journey, Mr. Isaac pursued a formal education, earning a BS at Miami University in 1966 and a JD at The Ohio State University in 1969. Shortly thereafter, he began his career with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he operated as an attorney from 1969 to 1974. In addition to his academic credentials, he is fully licensed to practice law in the states of Kentucky and Wisconsin and in Washington, DC. Over the course of his career, Mr. Isaac has worked with many other noteworthy organizations in different capacities, including First Kentucky National Corporation, Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, Secura Burnett Co. LLC and Fifth Third Bank. Well-regarded for his scholarly output as well, he is the author of “Senseless Panic: How Washington Failed America” and a co-author of “Bank Holding Companies: A Practical Guide to Bank Acquisitions and Mergers.” Furthermore, he has contributed numerous articles on banking to professional journals. Ever committed to public service, Mr. Isaac joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in 1978, serving as the chairman until 1986. Reflecting on his career, he is particularly proud of his eight years in this role. During that time, he oversaw the organization’s banking system, ensuring its stability throughout a crisis of almost 2,000 potential bank failures between 1978 and 1985. Attributing his success to his dedicated work ethic and sticktoitiveness, Mr. Isaac has no plans to retire in the coming years, as he hopes to accomplish even more with all the time he has by utilizing his unique skills and industry insights. Eric Hasbrouck leverages over a decade of professional experience as a rising expert in the field of law. Specializing in compliance, scientific methodologies, and international law and trade, he has served as the chief financial officer of The World’s Charity Foundation since 2016. He originally joined the organization in 2014 as the chairman of the board, a position he still maintains today. In his leadership roles, Mr. Hasbrouck ensures the foundation complies with all state, federal and international laws, enabling it to operate effectively and fulfill its intended purpose. In addition to his primary endeavors, Mr. Hasbrouck has operated as the managing director of Already There Imports and Exports LLC since 2015. The import and export business focuses on global trade, investment and asset development, including trading lumber from the United States to China. Outside of his legal career, Mr. Hasbrouck is also an author, having notably published his first work, “The Institutional Value for Human Life: Comparing the United States and Canada,” in 2015.
