Some exceptions are those senior personnel whose government status is of public record and to those few persons who were astute enough to recognize the pre-9/11 terrorist threat and the vulnerabilities in aviation security, and attempted to prevent the attacks by waking up oblivious bureaucrats and politicians whose job was to prevent just such an attack. These individuals are clearly identified throughout the book. Sections of this book are generalized and condensed to accommodate the above and to provide a smoother flow of information.
