120 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HOSPITALITY AND LEISURE OWNER, MASTER COSMETOLOGIST Gray & Grace Beauty Lounge and Extension Bar Lagrange, GA Josef Dietrich, founder and principal consultant at BAR.sol, is celebrated for his tenure in management, hospitality and consulting services. Since 2024, he has offered direct consultation to restaurants, including staff training and leadership development. Although initially desiring to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant, he transitioned to consulting after finding many friends struggling to manage their restaurants following the COVID-19 pandemic. He attributes much of his success to his skillset and independent study of the food and beverage industry, which have propelled him forward. Previously, Mr. Dietrich worked as a manager and bartender at several establishments beginning in 2005. He cites his tenure at Civility & Unrest as the most impactful stage of his career, serving as its creative director and bar manager. During this time, he enhanced and helped grow the business into a highly successful location, becoming a local icon in Washington State. Among other appointments, he was the director of cocktail culture at the Space Needle, during which time he earned the Best Bartender award from 425 Magazine in 2022. Mr. Dietrich holds a level 1 sommelier certification and is a certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS). Larkin Maely Cole is a rising leader in the cosmetics industry. Specializing in cosmetology and hair styling, she is the owner of Gray & Grace Beauty Lounge and Extension Bar, where she primarily operates as a master cosmetologist. In her leadership roles, Ms. Cole works directly with many clients, providing a wide range of cosmetic services and ensuring optimal satisfaction. She also supports her stylists by marketing their services and helping them build their own clientele. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Cole pursued a formal education, earning an associate degree in cosmetology at West Georgia Technical College in 2023. She is also certified as a hair extension specialist through Donna Bella Hair Extension and as a spray tan artist through Norvell University. Furthermore, she remains active as a member of the LaGrange-Troup County Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Cole attributes much of her success to her faith, family and community. Her mother, in particular, has provided crucial support throughout her career. Accounting for her accomplishments, she is particularly proud to have become the owner of a beauty lounge, fulfilling her lifelong dream.
