Kennedy Space Center. As a testament to her success, Ms. Judas has received numerous accolades. In 2012, she earned the Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award, and the Jacksonville Business Journal honored her as a Woman of Influence in 2008. Similarly, she was named the Maritime Person of the Year by the Port of Jacksonville in 2000 and 2001, and the Propeller Club of the United States named her Member of the Year in 1999 and 2000. More recently, in 2014, she was named a Public and Charitable Service AllStar by Holland & Knight, having also accepted several commendation letters. Ms. Judas has been married to Colonel Robert Judas since 1995. She also has four children and one granddaughter. Looking forward, she aims to establish an outreach program in Georgia to continue her life’s work in community service. she contributed to “Maritime Law and Practice” for the Florida State Bar and various industry newsletters, as well as served as an instructor for maritime certification courses. Alongside her professional endeavors, Ms. Judas is actively committed to improving her community. As such, she was the community outreach coordinator for the Jacksonville Federal Court Bar Association from 2018 to 2023, focusing on programs that existed at the intersection of law and public service. She also served on the board of directors of WJCT Channel 7, Episcopal Children’s Services, the Jacksonville Women’s Network and the Mental Health Resource Center, among other organizations. A past president of Leadership Jacksonville, Ms. Judas also served as a port director for the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and has been affiliated with Rotary International and the Florida Bar Foundation. Before entering the legal industry, Ms. Judas earned a BA in government from Jacksonville University in 1969. She also attended the
