Schwartz was already recognized for client dedication, zealous advocacy, and a penchant for winning nearly impossible, high-profile cases. Throughout his career, he has possessed a proven track record of success in over 200 jury trials and dozens of arbitration hearings. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at both Rains Lucia Stern PC and Silver Hadden & Silver, while starting his legal career with the Public Defender’s Office in Ventura and Riverside Counties. He has also been featured in Los Angeles Magazine and earned the Southern California Super Lawyers Award from Thomson Reuters since 2016. Mr. Schwartz is a published author and poet. He recently authored the novel “Sacreds,” which expresses multicultural views on issues of self-esteem, faith, tolerance and parental relationships, and “Another Time, Another Place…: A Collection of Poems” in 2025. In 2023, he penned the book “Trial and the Art of Sailing” to aid fellow attorneys in navigating trial advocacy. He holds a JD from The National Law Center at George Washington University.
