146 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine MEDICINE, HEALTH CARE AND WELLNESS Well-versed in nursing education and health care administration, Dr. Lucinda R. Larimore currently serves as the director of nursing professional development at Intermountain Health St. Mary’s Regional Hospital. Since 2022, she has maintained responsibility for instructing charge nurse classes and has stood at the helm of educational initiatives to ensure that educators at the facility employ best teaching practices. Earlier in her career, Dr. Larimore was the director of clinical practice and professional development at St. Charles Health Care between 2019 and 2022, where she enhanced clinical standards and fostered professional advancement among the nursing staff. Joining St. Charles in 2016, she served as the clinical director for the medical-surgical intensive care unit from 2016 to 2017 and as a nurse manager from 2017 to 2019. During these tenures, Dr. Larimore was responsible for managing daily staff operations and overseeing staff development, as well as partnering with teams to optimize patient care and support critical care efforts. Likewise, Dr. Larimore was the health supervisor at Providence Healthcare and Pioneer Memorial Hospital, the nurse manager at St. Rose Dominican Hospital’s San Martin campus, and an instructor at Saint Rose’s Flexed Education for Healthcare. Her formative roles included tenures as a site administrator and a hospital health supervisor at St. Rose Dominican Hospital’s Siena campus and a nurse manager at Catholic Healthcare West. Highly educated, Dr. Larimore holds an associate degree in nursing, a BSN from Nevada State College, and an MBA in nursing administration from Roseman University of Health Sciences. In 2025, she earned an EdD in health care leadership from Grand Canyon University, which she cites as a noteworthy career highlight. Dr. Larimore has presented at conferences nationwide, most notably including a talk titled “Spiritual Suffering in Acute Care” at a pain management conference and various presentations at the Intermountain Health Research and Evidence-Based Practice Conference.
