MEDINA, MD Dr. David M. Medina is a board-certified diagnostic and interventional radiologist with more than 30 years of clinical and leadership expertise in his field. Since 2021, he has served as the medical director of Envita Interventional Radiology, where his clinical work focuses on using CT, ultrasound and other modalities to help identify and treat cancers. Prior to this role, he spent 22 years as the director of interventional radiology at Chandler Radiology Associates. Dr. Medina was awarded a Doctor of Medicine by the University of Arizona in 1990 and completed six years of residency and fellowships before entering practice. He is proud to have overcome socioeconomic and cultural barriers to entering medicine and stresses the continued need for dedicated physicians. Dr. Medina is dedicated to advancing his field to better support patients with advanced cancer and is optimistic about recent developments in treatment options as he looks toward the future. Dr. C. Adam Probst is a health care executive and human factors engineer whose career has focused on improving efficiency and patient outcomes for over 15 years. Since 2023, he has served as the director of patient safety at OU Health. In his leadership role, he oversees various projects, including root-cause analysis, care quality audits and systems engineering-based policy changes to help staff deliver the highest quality care possible. Previously, Dr. Probst served as the director of human factors and clinical operations at Baylor Scott & White Health from 2016 to 2023, during his 12 years within the organization. He is also well-regarded for his scholarly output, having written extensively on human factors in health care workplace safety. To wit, his work has appeared in publications from the Journal of Nursing Administration and CRC Press LLC. Accounting for his accomplishments, Dr. Probst is particularly proud of a two-year study he conducted with a cardiac nurse manager, resulting in a 70% increase in nursing satisfaction scores.
