She holds a Master of Science in early childhood special education from Minot State University and has over a decade of experience as a behavior analyst and consultant in clinical and educational settings. Ms. St. Ours considers the diversity of her background to be a key part of her success and is proud to have helped her clients develop skills to better support their success across multiple areas. She remains dedicated to constant growth and emphasizes the value of collaboration and supporting women in science and health care careers. In the next five years, Ms. St. Ours hopes to begin doctoral studies in organizational psychology and continue her work with ABA Centers of America in a regional leadership role. Dibor E. Roberts is a registered nurse for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, where she has been a staff member and provider since 2014. Her interest in health care was inspired by her childhood in West Africa, where she saw the positive impact that traveling nuns had on the villages they served. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. In her current role, Ms. Roberts has been recognized as an expert trainer and preceptor. She emphasizes the need to balance compassion and dedication to succeed in the field of human services. In accounting for her success, she credits her mentors and the strength she gains from her faith. As she approaches retirement from the Department of Veterans Affairs, she hopes to dedicate more time to her efforts to establish nonprofit clinics in rural areas in Africa.
