Since 2021, she has served as a staff product manager at Intuit Inc., where she has led AI-driven customer experiences to resolve TurboTax users’ questions with speed, accuracy and empathy. Notably, her leadership prowess earned her the Innovator’s Award, recognizing her participation in the launch of a TurboTax referral program that emphasized the intersection of market strategies and consumer engagement. This initiative advanced revenue growth, customer satisfaction and referral rates, leading other teams to swiftly adopt the model. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dheer served as a product manager at NetApp from 2017 to 2021, where she advanced enterprise data management solutions. From 2014 to 2016, she was a co-founder of Sears Global Technology (later Parkar Digital), engaging in sales, marketing, account management, finance and human resources. Likewise, from 2014 to 2015, she managed product lines for Sears Clothing, having previously served as an associate product manager at Arsys Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. from 2012 to 2014. She commenced her career in 2010 at Siemens, where she accrued hands-on engineering experience for two years. Highly educated, Ms. Dheer holds a Bachelor of Technology in electronics and communications from Kurukshetra University and two MBA degrees in data analytics and strategy from the University of San Francisco. Recently, in 2025, she enrolled in product management, design and advanced AI courses at Stanford University and Maven. Concurrent with her present roles, Ms. Dheer is active with the Stanford Technology Ventures Program at Stanford University and the Net Impact and Malloy Group at the University of San Francisco. Outside her primary vocation, Ms. Dheer enjoys traveling with her husband; they recently established a startup for AI-driven travel concierge services in light of her expertise in AI solutions.
