By the time he stepped down, he held global executive roles, serving as the solution leader for the ShopperTrak brand and as vice president of North American Johnson Controls for equality. At StrataVision, he is responsible for sales planning and execution for all software products and services, which frequently includes bridging sales teams and clients to ensure that client needs are met. In his personal time, Mr. Endres volunteers for CARE USA and Gay for Good and is a member of his local LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce. He is an avid marathon runner who has completed 15 races since beginning at the age of 29 and advises others to stay flexible and keep an open mind to achieve success in the workplace and in life. Scott Endres is the vice president of product management for StrataVision, a creator of AI-first data analytics solutions, where he brings more than 25 years of tech sector expertise to the role. He graduated cum laude from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in physical and biological anthropology in 1999 before beginning his career. Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Endres has continued his education, earning numerous industry credentials in sales and project management, and in 2016, he was awarded a Master of Business Administration in organizational leadership by the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. After completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Endres began working for Electronic Data Systems as a service relations supervisor, beginning nearly a decade with the company that would see him supervising service and CRM operations for the United States, Australia and Asia Pacific regions before becoming the company’s global service desk lead. He transitioned in 2008 to accept a business analyst role with HP, rising to a global program manager the following year before pivoting to become an account executive.
