As a pioneer in the environmental technology industry, Mr. Rendon has witnessed the national success of Timeplast over the years, having recently collaborated with Nestlé Waters to explore alternative packaging strategies that boost environmental sustainability. For its growth and success, Timeplast was named the Most Innovative Plastic Manufacturing Company by Enterprise World in 2025 and earned the Business of the Year Award in the technology category in 2023. Previously, Mr. Rendon was the national environmental coordinator for PepsiCo in both Venezuela and Plano, Texas, between 2014 and 2016. Notably, he was honored with the Best Practices Award, highlighting his contributions to the company’s green initiatives. Drawing upon an engineering degree in environmental engineering technology from Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira, Mr. Rendon aims to continue making significant strides in improving the health of the planet in the coming years. He attributes his success to his upbringing, which encouraged his drive to perform at the highest level every day. MANUEL RENDON Debbie Pickle is a human resources professional with more than 25 years of experience. She assumed her current role as senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Williams in 2018, where she has made significant contributions to the organization’s operations. In this position, she oversees all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition and development, mergers and acquisitions, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion. Ms. Pickle received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration, with an emphasis on human resources, from the University of Arkansas in 2000. In 2009, she earned a master’s degree in organizational dynamics in human resources at the University of Oklahoma. Prior, Ms. Pickle served as global vice president of human resources at Koch Chemical Technology Group LLC, a division of Koch Industries. Ms. Pickle attributes her success to perseverance, dedication and a passion for advancing organizations through inclusion, making a positive cultural impact and supporting those around her. She also sits on the board of directors for Performance Contracting Inc. and the Tulsa Regional Chamber. Additionally, she serves on the advisory council for Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa.
