Venturing into the lumber industry nearly 20 years ago after moving from Ecuador to the United States, she and her husband are proud to have established a lucrative business that services a diverse clientele, such as homeowners, architects and designers. Concurrently, Ms. Guevara and her husband co-founded the Sovereign Wood Gallery, a studio that displays custom woodworking pieces often created from sustainably sourced wood. Notably, Ms. Guevara and her husband’s craftsmanship has garnered global acclaim and has been collected by several celebrity figures, including Martha Stewart. In light of her success, Ms. Guevara was celebrated with the Regional Award for Women Innovators and was featured in Western Magazine. In accounting for her success, Ms. Guevara credits the influence of those around her, and she has leveraged her clients’ love for her work to guide her career trajectory with passion and commitment. Looking ahead, she aims to expand her businesses and branch out into new markets, emphasizing integrity, excellence, collaboration and innovation. Bolstered by more than 15 years of professional excellence, Jason Daily specializes in industrial sales and distribution. Since 2015, he has served as the district manager at Fastenal, the largest fastener distributor in North America. Overseeing the North Louisiana area and handling products used in the manufacturing and construction sectors, he maintains responsibility for ensuring successful, streamlined business operations and the hiring, recruiting and professional development of employees. Mr. Daily joined Fastenal in 2010, focusing on sales support. He was subsequently promoted to outside sales in 2011 and served as an account specialist from 2012 to 2013 and as a general manager from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Daily earned a BS in business management and entrepreneurship, with a minor in speech communication, from Louisiana Tech University in 2010. Although he has experienced numerous career highlights, he is particularly proud of witnessing employees achieve career milestones and observing the positive influence they have on their communities. Looking ahead, Mr. Daily aims to continue thriving at Fastenal and serving as a steadfast mentor to those under his guidance. He is married with two children.
