Since 2020, she has operated as a realtor and sales associate at Compass, where she specializes in residential properties. Previously, she worked in a similar capacity at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Realtors from 2018 to 2020. Ms. Rothenberger began her career in the industry as an agent for CENTURY 21 Alliance Realty Group in 2017. In her other professional endeavors, Ms. Rothenberger notably served as a manager and volunteer at Habitat for Humanity Chester County from 2010 to 2013. At the onset of her vocational journey, she pursued a formal education, earning a BS in fashion merchandising at the University of Delaware in 1994. She also holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Villanova University. To commemorate her achievements, Ms. Rothenberger has been honored with the Circle of Excellence Award on six occasions, including a Silver Circle of Excellence Award in 2024. In the coming years, she hopes to begin working alongside her sons in the field. Daniel G. Perez is a proven leader in the fields of architecture and real estate. Well-versed in real estate development, construction management and engineering, he became the vice president of real estate development and construction at Senior Resource Group in 2023. Additionally, since 2007, he has served as a partner and managing principal at Perez McGee International Architecture. Mr. Perez began his career in 1992, working with Alpha Engineering PLLC. Since then, he has operated with numerous industry leaders, such as SWABACK pllc, Urban Communities LLC and IDM Companies. Originally from Colombia, he holds a BS in architecture and urban planning from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. He also earned an executive MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Adjacent to his primary efforts, Mr. Perez remains active as a civic-minded citizen in his local community. To commemorate his accomplishments, he has been honored with several accolades, including recognition as the 2004 Architect of the Year from the American Institute of Architects, an organization he has been a member of since 1992.
