Departing from the corporate world in 2025, she published her first book the same year, with many more ideas on the horizon. Her debut book, “The Quiet Leader: Embracing the Strengths of Introverted Leadership,” shares her insights into diverse leadership styles and serves as a guide for mentorship and self-empowerment. Previously, Ms. Smith served with Spot On Solutions LLC, a digital solutions company, between 2014 and 2025 in roles of ascending prominence, starting as a senior account manager and then serving as general manager and director of operations until her departure. During this tenure, she developed a strong sense of leadership that has informed her approach to business operations and her creative voice. With several years of customer service experience that shaped her commitment to client satisfaction, she was also the communications and marketing manager for the Blackfoot Chamber of Commerce for eight years.
