Troy Sibley is a financial services professional with more than 25 years of expertise in the finance industry. He began his professional journey as a student at Great Lakes Christian College, where he was active in student life as a local and international mission trip participant, student advocate and recruiter, and soccer team captain. After completing his education, he joined the United States Air Force, where he spent the next four years as a B-52 bomber crew chief and airplane mechanic. Upon returning to civilian life, Mr. Sibley began working with Cintas, delivering floor mats and rags to customers. Though motivated to support his young family, he found the work unfulfilling and actively sought opportunities for growth. His search led him to the insurance industry. Mr. Sibley recalls receiving a box of professional clothing as a gift from his father after informing him of his new career path and remembers feeling a shift in mindset while dressing for his new job that made a lasting impression on him. Mr. Sibley quickly realized that he found a strong sense of fulfillment in working in an office environment and was empowered by the impact that his work had on the clients he assisted, particularly in being able to help families ease financial burdens and transition their lives through the disbursement of death benefits. For 25 years, Mr. Sibley has been with Advisors Elite Financial, becoming a top producer first for the West Coast region and then throughout the company multiple times. In 2021, Mr. Sibley established Sibley Financial Group LLC, where he remains president. Over the next five years, he aims to continue to build the company’s reach with an emphasis on creating opportunities for mentorship and community impact. He is planning and positioned to reach $250 million in annual growth. As an industry leader, he also plans to mentor and develop between five and eight new financial services professionals as a part of this goal. A committed philanthropist, Mr. Sibley aims to donate $1 million or more before 2030 and leave a legacy of building others up and creating measurable change within his community and the world at large.
