Brook Kramer is a financial services executive focused on wealth management and charitable giving for ultra-high net worth clients. Since 2023, she has served as the senior director and head of philanthropy and impact at the BMO Family Office. In these leadership positions, Ms. Kramer handles accounts with more than $30 million in liquid assets or $100 million in total assets, helping clients plan for charitable giving and develop a philanthropic brand. This includes helping strategic planning for charitable foundations, the development of mission statements and generational leadership, and managing relationships. Prior to her current work with the BMO Family Office, Ms. Kramer held similar leadership roles at the Bank of the West between 2021 and 2023. Likewise, she was a senior regional fiduciary manager and philanthropic specialist at Wells Fargo, managing operations for 20 states from 2017 to 2021. Between 2008 and 2015, she was the co-founder and chief consulting officer of her own registered investment advisory firm, the success of which she considers to be a career highlight.
