Since 2003, he has served as the founder of RLB Training and Development, a firm through which he aids individuals at various levels of management in improving business operations and enhancing organizational effectiveness. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Reich leads both one-on-one and group training sessions and plays a vital role in other companies’ organizational development. Notably, his hands-on approach to leadership training and comprehensive expertise have garnered him a stellar reputation in the field. Mr. Reich commenced his career as a senior sales trainer at Toshiba America from 1993 to 1997, during which time his boss recognized his innate sense of leadership, which would cement the foundation for his future success. Subsequently, Mr. Reich served as a sales training consultant at Chubb Computer Services between 1998 and 2000 and as a management development associate at Organon Pharmaceuticals from 2000 to 2003. As a result of his pioneering efforts, he was honored with several internal company accolades in recognition of his tireless contributions to various initiatives. Highly educated, Mr. Reich sought to develop his skills at Gettysburg College, first earning a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and management in 1982. Subsequently, he attended Upsala College and received a Master of Science in human resource management in 1992. In addition to these credentials, Mr. Reich is certified to teach the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, situational leadership and conflict resolution, certifications that have complemented his academic efforts. Furthermore, he is an active member of Learning and Development Professionals and the Society for Human Resource Management. Looking ahead, Mr. Reich intends to continue helping organizations and companies enhance their operational effectiveness with no intention of retiring soon.
