Bountiful, UT GOLNAZ BANIHASHEMI For over 20 years, Golnaz Banihashemi has excelled in the field of business analysis and consulting. Since 2023, she has served as a consultant for change and project management at TotMuse. Additionally, she is the founder of the Da Vinci Workshop and Café, which she opened in 2025. She previously worked in business consulting and management with the United States Steel Corporation between 2022 and 2023 and GE Grid Solutions from 2015 to 2022. At the onset of her vocational journey, Ms. Banihashemi pursued a higher education in her native home of Iran at the Islamic Azad University, where she earned a BSEE in 2000. She immigrated to the United States in 2009, beginning her work with Alstom Grid, where she operated until 2022. Continuing her education, she ultimately achieved a master’s degree in business analysis at Villanova University in 2011. Ms. Banihashemi attributes much of her success to her passion and drive, which were instilled in her by her grandfather. Accounting for her accomplishments, she is particularly proud to have become an engineer and ventured to the United States. Alex G. Buzelli is a rising financial industry leader with over two decades of experience to his credit. Specializing in financial anomaly detection and underwriting, he has served as the senior director of risk and fraud at AppFolio Inc. since 2023. Having originally joined the company in 2020, he now leads the payment security team, ensures processing and payments, and assists with special customer requests. Mr. Buzelli began his career in 2004, operating as a customer service section leader for Discover Financial Services until 2007. Since then, he has worked with such companies as Advanta, Comcast Corporation, Total System Services LLC and Thumbtack. At the onset of his vocational journey, he earned an AS in business administration and management at the LDS Business College (now Ensign College) in 2009. Ever committed to his profession, Mr. Buzelli remains affiliated with the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators and the National Automated Clearinghouse Association. Furthermore, he is an active volunteer with the Utah Gay Fathers Association.
