Kemp is a distinguished leader in banking and entrepreneurship, culminating in her present role as the assistant vice president and branch manager at TruMark Financial Credit Union. Serving the Philadelphia-based union since 2023, Mrs. Kemp was recognized as a Top Performer by the organization in 2024. Concurrent with her role in finance, she is the president and chief executive officer of The Princess Theory LLC, a small business she established in 2014 that she continues to lead to the present day. Through her work, Mrs. Kemp has developed strong relationships with clients and is eager to support more women in the coming years. Previously, Mrs. Kemp served with Wells Fargo in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and Philadelphia from 2015 to 2022 in increasingly responsible roles, such as lead bank teller and branch operations manager. After 20-plus years in retail sales and management, she commenced her career as a general manager at JDR Shoe Warehouse in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, in 2012, where she remained for two years. Accepting several customer service and performancebased accolades for her success, Mrs. Kemp was also featured in the Official Top 100 Magazine in 2023. A seasoned leader in military operations and project management, Christopher R. Hopfensperger is the portfolio director at CTI. Since 2023, he has demonstrated his leadership prowess through portfolio and project management initiatives. Notably, he led CTI to substantial growth, having increased revenue by approximately 150% and expanding CTI’s portfolio since accepting his position. Previously, he served at CTI as a senior manager and product support technician from 2021 to 2023 and was a Department of Defense SkillBridge intern in 2021. Mr. Hopfensperger served in the U.S. Air Force between 2001 and 2021, reaching ranks such as a combat controller, flight chief, and chief of weapons and tactics for the Air Force Special Operations Command in Hurlburt Field, Florida. Likewise, he served as a combat control school instructor for four years. Highly educated, he holds two associate degrees in airway science and military science and technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a BBA from American Sentinel University and a master’s degree in commercial aviation from Delta State University. Looking ahead, Mr. Hopfensperger intends to complete an MBA and a doctorate while dedicating time to mentoring new hires.
