PATIL Specializing in business analysis, investments and hedge fund management, Radha C. Patil is revered as a business analyst at Millennium. Assuming her role in 2023 after relocating to the United States, she formerly served in numerous business and finance-related positions across Singapore, South Africa and India. She commenced her career in 2012 as a senior treasury associate at Reliance Industries Limited in India and went on to accept various consultant roles at Overseas Bank Limited until 2020. Prior to accepting her current role, Ms. Patil was a front office business analyst at Standard Chartered Bank, where she spearheaded a program on managing negative interest rates. Notably, she completed the project within six months, which she cites as a career highlight. Ms. Patil holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of Mumbai. She subsequently completed an MBA in finance and financial management services from the Mumbai Educational Trust Institute of Management. In 2023, she earned an MS in management and systems from New York University. Looking forward, Ms. Patil endeavors to make meaningful contributions to her community at large and engage in publishing work. Ryan S. Radomski is an OSHA-certified safety professional who has served as the safety manager at Roseinden Electric since 2019. Inspired by his aunt’s 30-year career in safety enforcement and seeing the impact that a workplace accident had on another family member, he studied safety management at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and earned a bachelor’s degree in 2019. In addition to his work with Roseinden Electric, Mr. Radomski serves as a senior safety manager for CBG Building Company LLC, where he has been a team member since 2019. As an up-and-coming voice in his field, he is the current president of the Washington Metropolitan Area Construction Safety Association and hopes to focus on creating mentorship and professional development programs for others in the coming years.
