During this time, she continued her education at the University of Denver, attending classes part-time for 16 years before completing a BBA in 2013. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue supporting initiatives that prioritize the financial well-being of clients and families. Brook Kramer is a financial services executive focused on wealth management and charitable giving for ultra-high net worth clients. Since 2025, she has served as the national managing director of family wealth at Fifth Third Bank. Previously, she served as senior director and head of philanthropy and impact at the BMO Family Office from 2023 to 2025, where she handled accounts with more than $30 million in liquid assets or $100 million in total assets, helping clients plan for charitable giving and develop a philanthropic brand. This included helping with strategic planning for charitable foundations, the development of mission statements and generational leadership, and managing relationships. Prior, Ms. Kramer held similar leadership roles at the Bank of the West between 2021 and 2023. Likewise, she was a senior regional fiduciary manager and philanthropic specialist at Wells Fargo, managing operations for 20 states from 2017 to 2021. Between 2008 and 2015, she was the co-founder and chief consulting officer of a registered investment advisory firm, the success of which she considers to be a career highlight.
