Commencing his career in 1990, Mr. Riley served in the United States Air Force until departing from military service in August 2014. Retiring at the rank of master sergeant (E-7), he was offered a promotion to E-8; however, he declined the opportunity to prioritize his family commitments. During his longstanding tenure, Mr. Riley served as a cable and antenna technician at Aviano Air Base in Italy, a contingency instructor at Ramstein Air Base in Germany, and a group civil engineer at Kadena Air Base in Japan, where he led the reconstruction of a $250 million special operations group complex. He also served as a superintendent at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona, honing his skills in construction management and engineering operations. Mr. Riley obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in project management from Colorado Technical University in 2010. Subsequently, he earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2013 and a Master of Science in construction management and technology from Arizona State University in 2021. Currently, he is pursuing a DBA in project management at Liberty University, which he aims to acquire soon. Mr. Riley is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and obtained credentials as a level III contracting officer’s representative. He also received a senior-level program management certification from the Federal Acquisition Institute and several certificates in generative AI through the Project Management Institute. Looking ahead, he is eager to advance to a higher leadership role in the U.S. General Services Administration. Robin Lynn Riley is celebrated for his decades-long tenure in project management, construction and military service, culminating in his current role as a senior project manager in the leasing division of the U.S. General Services Administration in Dallas.
