O’Loughlin is a distinguished leader in the hospitality industry and serves as general manager of TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice Award–winning hotel, The Saint Augustine Beach House. Since 2018, she has overseen financial and marketing initiatives, led all departments and ensured exceptional guest satisfaction. Known for cultivating strong teams and fostering collaboration, her staff is regularly recognized in guest reviews and contributes greatly to the hotel’s continued success. Ms. O’Loughlin is also the co-founder of Intrepid Investment Partners LLC, an investment venture she operates with her husband. Earlier in her career, she served as an administrator of the Creeks Athletic Association, CrossFit Kids coach at DRiV Fitness, and director of the Kids at Play Early Childcare Center at Plantation United Methodist Church. Civically engaged in the arts, Ms. O’Loughlin is a cellist with the St. Augustine Orchestra and serves on the nonprofit’s Artistic Advisory Council.
