Hiller has exhibited excellence in advancing women’s health care, culminating in her role as the owner and founder of Regenerate. Since 2019, she has dedicated herself to enhancing society’s understanding of hormone therapy and women’s wellness by supporting clients with complex endocrinological issues, collaborating with business coaches and health professionals, and participating in speaking events and workshops, among other responsibilities. Ms. Hiller’s foray into women’s health was inspired by her in-depth understanding of the challenges women face, particularly in medical treatment for menopause care. Affectionately called the “hormone doctor” by clients, she is proud to be making a difference in women’s lives. Previously, Ms. Hiller was a certified nurse-midwife for many years. Throughout her career, she delivered approximately 1,000 babies and demonstrated exceptional expertise in labor and delivery and maternity care. Earning an MSN, with a specialization in nurse midwifery, from the University of Pennsylvania, she draws upon a BSN from Stockton University, where she also taught BSN students and conducted clinicals for the nursing program. Since 2025, she has thrived as the section head for hematology, coagulation and urinalysis at Aspen Valley Health, where she conducts tests for physicians, investigates fluctuations in test outcomes, and oversees quality control to ensure all laboratory and personnel processes meet industry standards. Ms. Erwin joined Aspen Valley Health as a travel lab technician, filling crucial staffing gaps and providing support to the facility to ensure continuity of care. Subsequently, she was a full-time medical lab technician, performing essential diagnostic testing and supporting physicians in delivering accurate diagnoses and effective patient care. Before joining Aspen Valley Health, she spent 12 years as a travel lab technician, working on assignments nationwide in 13 hospitals, where she developed a keen sense of adaptability to new environments and technologies. Ms. Erwin earned an MS in medical laboratory science from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2024. She is a certified medical laboratory scientist with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Health Care credentials and holds two certificates in laboratory management.
