Indian Hills, CO DR. KATE PAWLOWSKI Since 2022, Jasen E. Petersen has thrived as the chief executive officer of Ionic Alliance Group Inc. Under his leadership, the company developed and manufactured Ion Biotechnology Aqueous Ligands (IBAL), with its first approved medical application, Ion Gel ZCM-25®, an infection control and wound-healing product, co-developed and approved in both Mexico and the United Arab Emirates. Alongside this venture, Mr. Petersen co-founded the Ionic Alliance Foundation, a nonprofit committed to advancing research, education and humanitarian access in terrain-based health, in 2019 and has also served as the vice president of engineering at Jayco Enterprises, his own medical device company, since 2013. Drawing on a BS in aeronautical and mechanical engineering from the University of California Davis, Mr. Petersen served in early roles with Lockheed Martin and Moller International before escalating to advanced roles with Convergent Laser Technologies and Cook Medical. A co-author of scientific literature that reshaped the understanding of laser lithotripsy, he exhibits profound expertise in the microimmune dynamics framework, with a goal of advancing the science of healing. Looking ahead, he aspires to gain global recognition for Ion Gel ZCM-25® as a safe, effective wound healing solution. JASEN E. PETERSEN Since 2024, Dr. Kate Pawlowski has excelled as the director of health care services at Molina Healthcare Inc., drawing on more than 10 years of professional excellence. In her role, she manages staff operations and oversees compliance audits to ensure the facility’s adherence to standards set by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Joining Molina Healthcare in 2023, she served as the manager of health care services for one year before assuming her current role. Earlier in her career, Dr. Pawlowski was the director of care management and utilization review at Valley View Medical Center, where her leadership skills proved instrumental in ensuring high standards of care. Earning her doctorate during this time, her project on limited-health literacy resulted in a 2.9% reduction in hospital readmissions over 13 weeks. Dr. Pawlowski previously worked at Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital and Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Vermont and New Hampshire. Dr. Pawlowski graduated summa cum laude from Chamberlain University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in health care systems leadership. She is board-certified as a nurse coach and registered nurse. She holds certification in nurse care management through the ANCC and CCM.
