He has spent the majority of his career with TGW Logistics, a global leader in warehouse automation for international companies, rising through the company ladder to explore leadership and management roles in several departments. Born in Peru, Mr. Miranda Febres began his professional journey as a student at the Universidad de Piura, where he completed an undergraduate degree in industrial and systems engineering in 2001. At the time, TGW Logistics was a small, growing company, and Mr. Miranda Febres was able to build lasting relationships with its owners and many of his colleagues. He returned to Peru to finish his undergraduate thesis with a job offer to join TGW Logistics upon graduation. When Mr. Miranda Febres returned to TGW Logistics, the company was in a period of transition, moving from a machinery delivery company to a new focus on integration services. He is proud to have been a part of the company’s transition and considers the lessons he learned during this time to have been foundational to his long-term career growth.
