Previously, Mr. Padinjaruveetil held the position of technical lead at Ness Global Solutions from 2002 to 2003 and served as deputy manager at Pentasoft in Chennai, India, from 1998 to 2000. He commenced his career as a chemist at Madras Fertilizers Ltd. in Chennai, where he worked for 13 years prior to pivoting his focus to IT. Mr. Padinjaruveetil possesses a distinguished academic background with multiple advanced degrees. During his residence in India, he graduated from Madras University with a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry in 1982.
