Earlier in his career, Dr. Patel was the manager of quality engineering at the Chamberlain Group from 2022 to 2023, and he served as a senior test automation engineer and manager of test automation engineering at the Hub Group between 2018 and 2022. Similarly, he worked as a senior software development engineer in test at Echo Global Logistics from 2014 to 2018. He began his career in 2011 as a software test engineer consultant at Redbox Automated Retail LLC. As a testament to his success, Dr. Patel has received numerous accolades. In 2022, he earned an NSLS Honors Award from the National Society of Leadership and Success, having previously received a Certificate of Excellence from the chief technology officer at Redbox Instant by Verizon in 2013. Outside of his primary ventures, he has also authored numerous publications on supply chain management and data governance through ProQuest and EasyChair.org. Additionally, Dr. Patel is a member of the Chicago Quality Assurance Association and PNSQC™. Looking toward the future, Dr. Patel plans to use his advanced training in artificial intelligence to improve his patents, especially those made for people with visual impairments, and become a leading global expert in supply chain management and innovation. Ultimately, he aims to use his knowledge of internet-based systems to develop tools that help blind individuals navigate the world independently. With expertise in technology and supply chain management, Dr. Utsav Sputnik Patel is highly regarded as the senior manager of test automation engineering at FEI Systems.
