He previously served as a consulting principal at Amida & Arthur, providing management consulting services that focused on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, financial modeling and due diligence. He has also held executive and management positions at Ernst & Young, Sunny Equipment Co. Ltd., Deloitte and the Institute of Business Advisors Southern Africa. Throughout his career, Mr. Tseng’s success has been impacted by mentors in both academic and professional settings. Today, he counts the children served by Amitofo as his greatest mentors, as they have helped him reconnect with his values of giving back to others. By leaving the corporate world for philanthropy, Mr. Tseng hopes to inspire his own children to leave a more meaningful legacy. Arthur Jun-Jei Tseng established the foundation of his decades-long career in finance at some of the world's most wellknown corporations, including Deloitte and Ernst & Young. However, he found his life’s mission while engaging in nonprofit work in Africa in 2004. The organization, which established primary and secondary schools for vulnerable children, ignited a passion in Mr. Tseng for causes that support underprivileged youth, leading him to redirect his career path to focus on this important work. Mr. Tseng serves as the CFO and COO at Amitofo Care Center International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality education and comprehensive living care to vulnerable, impoverished children in Africa. In these roles, he oversees strategic planning, reviews budgets, and fosters effective communication as the nonprofit seeks corporate sponsorships and individual donations. He values the human side of operations, engaging with his teams to make their work more meaningful and impactful. In addition to his work at Amitofo, Mr. Tseng has been a representative to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for Glorious Sun Enterprises Ltd. since 2023. This includes participating in the United Nations High-Level Political Forum and the High-Level Forum’s general debate from 2024 to 2025 and UN Vienna on Drugs & Crime in 2026.
