Within just a few years, he was entrusted with executive oversight for multi-state operations spanning flooring, doors and window installation services. Prior to entering large-scale service leadership, Mr. Blake built a foundation of over a decade in logistics, manufacturing and construction services. He began his career in operations management and later pivoted into entrepreneurship, founding IQ Interior & Design LLC, a venture focused on residential design, materials and installation. His experience as both an operator and founder shaped the business-driven, culturally focused leadership style that defines his work today. Known for elevating teams, building operational discipline and driving profitable expansion, Mr. Blake continues to focus on having a positive impact, expanding new trade divisions, and launching innovative business models within the home services industry. Mr. Blake holds a Master of Business Administration and has completed advanced executive education in artificial intelligence, digital supply chains and COO leadership through MIT.
