Mr. Rahmani was also a finalist for the Executive Leadership Award in 2023. Outside of his business, Mr. Rahmani has numerous hobbies that are a testament to his perseverance. He is a second-degree black belt, a stock car race driver, a student pilot and a recent graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy. He is also tactical medicine-qualified, having completed the specialized training necessary to provide lifesaving medical care in high-risk environments. Looking forward, Mr. Rahmani plans to continue growing his business while mentoring future leaders and giving opportunities to the younger generation. He also hopes to write a book about his life, inspiring others to achieve their own American Dreams. When Bruce Rahmani emigrated from Tehran to the United States in 1981, he did so with a broken arm and $50 in his pocket. Today, he runs one of the largest HVAC businesses in the Washington, DC, area, calling this success the culmination of his American Dream and his most notable achievement. As the president of Falcon Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for nearly 40 years, Mr. Rahmani oversees all operations and sales, expansion, and acquisitions. He also handles the finances and mentors managers, equipping them to successfully lead approximately 150 employees. The company specializes in residential HVAC, new construction and add-on replacement design. Mr. Rahmani is a certified indoor environmentalist and a certified mold remediator. Mr. Rahmani’s company slogan, “Do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do,” has become a motto for his life and is reflected in his community service. He is the chair of the multicultural advisory committee for the Loudoun County Government and sits on the boards of HomeAid National Capital Region and the Loudoun First Responders Foundation.
