She attributes much of her success to her sense of sincerity, valuing the importance of understanding what others need or desire through active listening – a vital skill that Ms. Siciliano emphasizes is integral to her business. Having come of age in her family’s restaurant, she learned invaluable lessons in listening, reading between the lines, and articulating her thoughts and feelings effectively. Her father – an entrepreneur and real estate investor – owned more than 40 rental properties, which instilled in Ms. Siciliano a keen interest in real estate and design. Outside of her professional ventures, Ms. Siciliano serves as a planning board member for the Town of Pembroke, Massachusetts, supporting the livelihood of small business owners and builders and prioritizing affordable housing. Looking ahead, she aims to develop innovative solutions to make housing more affordable and accessible, aiming to prevent families from moving out of state due to financial constraints. Ms. Siciliano earned a master’s degree in interior design and interior architecture from Suffolk University in 2004. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in design and art history from Hofstra University and a construction supervisor license.
