YVONNE SCHNEIDER James Austin Richardson has built a decade-long career in real estate, energy, environmental and commercial construction. He currently serves as an assistant project manager with Mortenson on the largest data center project in the United States, a multibillion-dollar hyperscale facility for Meta. He manages cost control, financial tracking, estimates, scheduling coordination, subcontractor performance, and field and project engineer oversight. He also leads buyouts, major coordination meetings, commissioning, turnover and project closeout activities. Previously, Mr. Richardson served as a project controls engineer with Caddell Construction in Montgomery, Alabama, where he executed all project controls functions for a $1.1 billion specialized men’s prison facility. He developed and updated Primavera P6 schedules, tracked progress, produced monthly schedule reports, managed change events, and performed time-impact analyses to document delays and critical path impacts. Mr. Richardson is also the owner of Richco Capital, a real estate investment firm he founded in 2021, now holding a diversified sevenfigure portfolio. His earlier roles include project manager/estimator for QFM and environmental inspector with Tetra Tech, where he oversaw 55 miles of pipeline construction on a $2.5 billion natural gas project.
