To prepare for his career, Mr. Mann sought higher education during the 1970s, achieving several advanced degrees that have served as a foundation for his multicultural success. Attending High Point University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1972, followed by a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University in 1978. Notably, Mr. Mann achieved an MFA from the Pratt Institute in 1981 and completed coursework in art history at Columbia University in 1980. As a testament to his success, Mr. Mann was recognized with a plethora of accolades and honors. Among these, he received the Premi David di Donatello Prize for the Visual Arts in Saronno, Italy, in 2023.
