Dr. Simpson attributes much of her success to her commitment to personal growth and honoring the teams she supports. She measures success by her ability to live true to her values and be authentic in her drive to create positive change. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, dining out, and exploring her personal style by collecting vintage and antique jewelry. She is committed to maintaining a healthy routine and spending time with her husband and daughter, whom she supports in creative endeavors. and African American employees, which became the template for other diversity and inclusion programs across the company. Dr. Simpson joined Edward Jones in 2019 as a senior client experience strategist. She later transitioned to serve as leader of the company’s recruitment strategies and FA career development department and quickly rose to become a director and capability strategist. In 2025, she departed to focus on independent consulting, having served as a senior learning and performance consultant and created the first unified hiring and onboarding program for home and field office consultants, which drove annual savings of more than $200,000. As a proven leader in her specialty, Dr. Simpson has been named to the Saint Louis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and Most Influential Women in Business lists and has been presented VERALIGN CONSULTING COLLECTIVE
