Thereafter, she received a BS in technical management from DeVry Educational Development Corp. in 2009. Attending the Keller Graduate School of Management, she obtained an MBA in 2011 and an MPA in 2012. She also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from MicroTrain Technologies, holds a Project Management Professional certification and is a certified nutritionist. Outside her professional ventures, Ms. Alhnaity is a karate gold medalist who began her karate journey in 1993, earning her first-degree black belt in Shotokan style and advancing to a sixth-degree black belt in Shiru style. She has competed at the local, regional, national and world levels, was named a World Champion in both 2017 and 2018, and earned Gold Medals in 2019 and 2021. Supported by 15 years of expertise, Rasha Zuhair Alhnaity serves as a strategic project manager at Gerber Collision & Glass, a company operating under its corporate parent, The Boyd Group Services Inc. In her role since 2025, Ms. Alhnaity has been responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational improvement, process optimization and organizational growth, having partnered with cross-functional teams across the United States and Canada to streamline workflows. Additionally, she tracks key performance outcomes to support business objectives and ensures that each initiative drives long-term value and contributes to organizational success. Previously, Ms. Alhnaity served with The Boyd Group Services Inc. between 2019 and 2025. Joining the corporation as a strategic project manager, she was promoted to strategic project manager II in 2021 and senior acquisition project manager in 2024. During her tenure, she was honored with the Silver Wow Star and the Bronze Wow Star in 2021 and 2024, respectively.
