Initially hired as a warehouse clerk, he quickly moved into a leadership role, becoming manager of logistics services by 2012, where he was responsible for managing logistics operations and ensuring seamless deliveries. He also served as market operations support and general manager, overseeing daily business operations. Following more than two decades of service, Mr. Brown departed from Apria Healthcare in 2025 to focus fully on his consultancy.
