Gagen is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with more than 30 years of experience in the filtration and process technology industries. In October 2025, he joined Unicat Catalyst Technologies, LLC as a filtration specialist, where he is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies for the company’s innovative MagAFS magnetic filtration technology. Mr. Gagen’s career reflects a consistent record of growth, innovation, and international market development. At EKATO Corporation from 2018 to 2025, he directed initiatives to expand the company’s global footprint and identify new market opportunities. EKATO Group, headquartered in Germany, is a worldwide leader in mixing technologies, process analysis, engineering, and manufacturing. At Mott Corporation from 2003 to 2019, he advanced from regional sales manager for East Coast operations to international sales and market development. He successfully built markets in South America, Africa, India and the Middle East, and established Mott’s largest market partner and customer base in Italy.
