Kopolow is a strategic sustainability, public policy and social impact leader with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of business, government and global development. Since 2021, she has served as vice president of sustainability at DGAAlbright Stonebridge Group in Washington, DC, advising companies and institutions on environmental, social and regulatory challenges. Her expertise has led to panel invitations at the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and the Milken Institute. Concurrently, Ms. Kopolow has served since 2018 as a nutrition and brain health policy advisor to the Brain Health Education and Research Institute, shaping initiatives focused on nutrition, cognitive development and brain health. A recognized disability rights and inclusion advocate, she is the recipient of the Hydrocephalus Association’s Visionary Award and serves on the Board of Matan, a national leader in Jewish disability inclusion. Previously, Ms. Kopolow served as global director of policy at AnheuserBusch InBev and spent 15 years at the U.S. Department of State. She holds a BS from Northwestern University and an MA from American University. Originally from New England, she is the proud mother of teenage twins. Specializing in sales performance improvement, Damon Jones is celebrated for his 40-year career, culminating in his role as a coach through Damon Jones Sales Consulting Inc. Since 2024, he has dedicated himself to this entrepreneurial venture and intends to keep assisting its growth over the next five years. Concurrently, he has served as a fractional chief revenue officer for Mirlin Technologies since 2025 and as an advisory board member to PeopleLens, lending his wealth of expertise in revenue growth. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jones served in executive-level roles with the Enterprise Group of Sandler Systems LLC and the Miller Heiman Group (now Korn Ferry). Beginning in 1999, he spent 20 years with the Miller Heiman Group, serving as the firm’s chief operating officer, international president, managing director of global and strategic accounts, and North American sales before his departure in 2019. During his tenure, he developed key global accounts, generated $100 million in revenue and contributed to dramatic growth through a succession of private equity ownerships. He commenced his career in 1981 as a manager with the Guardian Royal Exchange. Mr. Jones holds a certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
