Since 2024, she has overseen internal operations, including auditing and training, ensuring that each department maintains an efficient delivery of services. Ms. Morrow joined Sam’s Xpress Car Wash as a crew member and steadily ascended the ranks of success until reaching the prominent role she is recognized for today. As one of only three current employees who began at an entry-level position and worked their way up the corporate ladder, she is exceptionally proud of her achievements. Earlier in her career, Ms. Morrow served as a site manager, operations specialist and human resources business manager from 2015 to 2024. She also dedicated two years to Stress Free Home Care as a certified nursing assistant. Ms. Morrow holds an AA from Central Piedmont Community College and a BBA from Western Carolina University. Ashley Schmitt is a marketing professional with more than a decade of expertise in digital and social media marketing strategies. She rose to become the senior marketing manager for the Americas at Applift before joining YouAppi in 2019. Since 2020, she has been the company’s director of marketing. In addition to her work with YouAppi, Ms. Schmitt has simultaneously served as the director of marketing for Affle since 2025. Among other achievements, she played a key role in driving both companies’ acquisitions and has retained a future-focused approach to their continued growth. A first-generation college graduate, Ms. Schmitt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Francisco State University and attributes her success to the resilience and determination she gained through her education.
