Assuming his current role in 2023, he is a servant leader who oversees the facility's physical security, ensuring the environmental safety of clinical staff and patients alike. Mr. Spicer also manages training programs to ensure cutting-edge methods for security staff members and caregivers in de-escalation techniques and monitors technological updates to secure buildings during incidents or crises. Earlier in his career, he worked in the loss prevention sector at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group, Aurora Health Care, Home Depot and Kohl’s. He commenced his career in 1995 as a security supervisor at Ascension, cementing a strong foundation for success. Mr. Spicer holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in management sciences and quantitative methods from the National Graduate School of Quality Management. He is also a certified health care protection administrator, a verbal defense and influence instructor and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. A member of the ASIS Healthcare Council, he earned the Black Excellence Award from the Milwaukee Times in 2016. Sohail “Caden” Sherif is a pilot with more than 30 years of aviation experience. Since 2019, he has thrived as a Boeing 747 pilot at Atlas Air, where he is responsible for the safe transportation of passengers and cargo aboard the Boeing 747 aircraft. Mr. Sherif is particularly proud of his participation in delivering essential medical supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic. His efforts were commended with a five-year tenure honor from Atlas Air. Earlier, Mr. Sherif served as lead captain of a Gulfstream G550 for Jet Aviation Business Jets (HK) Ltd., chief pilot and director of operations for Blue Sky Group Inc., and a private contractor on a U.S. government contract, where he piloted a Gulfstream II with advanced mapping equipment. He also worked in Asia, contributing his corporate aviation knowledge. As an aviation enthusiast, he began flying gliders at a young age in Germany. Outside of his primary work, Mr. Sherif founded Owner Power LLC to assist new condominium owners in navigating the challenges of home ownership.
