Ms. Eichner also managed office operations at Cityspire in New York City, directing its commercial leasing program, and was instrumental in the commercial leasing of One Broadway Place and the retail leasing of The Royale. Before transitioning into real estate, Ms. Eichner led a consulting practice from 1988 to 1993, specializing in creative problem-solving and strategic sales and marketing initiatives for financial institutions and small-business owners.
