Mr. Little showed great potential in his initial role as a dining server at Brightview Senior Living, and he progressed steadily into roles with greater responsibility. He served as the dining services supervisor for four years before becoming the dining room manager. He then shifted into sales as a community sales associate, gaining invaluable skills and experience that inform his current work. In 2022, Mr. Little transitioned to an account manager position at WayForth, a service that provides relocation solutions tailored to the unique needs of older adults and their families. He then held a similar position at Town & Country Movers Inc. Move Management, in which he facilitated seamless transitions for seniors moving into new residences. His efforts were rewarded with a Top Salesperson Award. Mr. Little then spent one year as a leasing and outreach coordinator at Atrium Village, responsible for building relationships with prospective residents and coordinating outreach initiatives. His efforts to support the community’s growth helped increase occupancy rates and enhance visibility in the local area. Mr. Little considers his continued growth and advancement to be his most significant professional achievement. Characterized by a strong desire to learn, he has taken each role and gained valuable knowledge and skills that he now applies in his senior position. He credits his success to supportive mentors who were eager to teach him. With 15 years behind him, Mr. Little aims to reach an executive director position within the next five years. At age 15, Jacob Little needed a job to buy a cell phone. Finding work as a dining server at the independent living community where his greatgrandmother lived, he discovered a passion for elder care. He has since built a dynamic career in the senior healthcare industry. Today, Mr. Little is the senior care advisor at Springhouse Senior Living in Baltimore, Maryland.
